    Hands On Healing: Reiki Workshop + Intention Setting

    Presented by Anna Toonk

    Energy healing encompasses many different modalities, one of which is Reiki. Reiki is “universal life force energy”, and intuitive medicine. We will discuss what that means, what reiki can and can’t do, and participants will get to receive reiki.

    Group Yoga by the Beach with VASU Yoga

    This class will get you moving, breathing, and in-tune with your senses. A fusion of energizing + relaxing Vinyasa flows, this class touches on the different “bodies”- from physical, spiritual, energetic, and emotional. You’ll leave feeling whole + at ease.

    • MIND
      • Meditation
        This class is a fusion of Restorative, Yin, + Gentle yogas with guided meditation. The aim is relaxation at the deepest level. When you slow down and do less, you become more. Vasu Restore is a wonderful (and necessary) supplement to an active yoga + athletic practice. It fills your deepest reserve of energy and restores your nervous system. You’ll leave feeling relaxed + nurtured, with a calm energy washing over you for 2-3 days.
      • Office Yoga
        This class will teach you poses to re-energize your mind/body. A fusion of energizing + relaxing Vinyasa poses. You’ll leave knowing ways to feel whole + at ease when stressed by deadlines and projects.
    • BODY
      • Prive Swiss Fitness: Barefoot Bands
        Prive Swiss’ signature workout – You won’t find this class anywhere else! Define your physique and burn serious calories using resistance bands hanging from the ceiling to stretch, sweat, strengthen and slenderize your entire body. The dynamic combination of principles of pilates, resistance training, barre and barefoot cardio will leave you feeling lighter, stronger and full of energy.
      • Prive Swiss Fitness: Pilates
        Pilates Mat is a series of floor exercises designed by Joseph Pilates that focus on breath, concentration, control, centering and precision. These exercises are designed to uniformly strengthen the body as a whole creating a balance of strength and flexibility.
    • SOUL 
      • Intuitive Energy Healing
        Presented by:
         Anna Toonk
        Intuitive Healing is thrown around as a term but what does it mean? We’ll break down what intuitive healing is, and different healing techniques to empower you to be your own healer.

        Participants will also be lead in meditation while receiving reiki, a form of intuitive healing to deeply connect with themselves and what they may need on a soul level right now. There will be time to share your experience or ask any questions about it, or intuitive healing.
